The Harbour, a Bristol-based charity, offers free counselling and psychotherapy to people affected by life-threatening illness. They provide therapy for individuals, couples and groups. Regular counselling is a time and space where clients can explore how they feel about what is happening, and also consider the impact that past life experiences are having now. It is a time when you can speak about all things that are difficult to share with people close to you, and begin to make sense of your experiences.
