If you do not have a diagnosis or are having problems with your memory, you can access our service through your GP.

The Friends and Family Test is a way of giving feedback about your experience of the Dementia Wellbeing Service which will help us to improve the quality of the service. You can also provide feedback direct to Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS)  dpt.pals(*at*)
