Join our singing groups where you can meet new people in a friendly, fun and social environment. Singing can improve your brain activity, wellbeing and mood. This group is being held on Zoom every Monday 1.15pm to 2.15pm (except for Bank Holidays)
A virtual group is available weekly on a Wednesday morning, 11.15am-12.15pm on Zoom.
Anyone with concerns about their memory or that of another can attend. Sessions run weekly and often have a guest speaker.
