If you need any advice or have any general enquiries about the Dementia Wellbeing Service you can use our Access Point number.
You can contact the Access Point line on: 0117 904 5151
The line is open between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (we are closed on weekends and bank holidays). Outside of these hours, if you need urgent support you will be directed to call NHS 111 (Option 2).
If you are a non English speaker and require an interpeter please let us know what language you require at the start of the phone call and we will connect you to an interpreter from the Big Word interpretation service.
If you are a BSL user supported with Text Relay, please call 18001 0117 904 5151
If you already have a diagnosis of dementia, or care for someone who does, please contact us directly via our Access Point or our Enquiries Inbox. If you do not have a diagnosis or are having problems with your memory, you can access our service through your GP.

The Friends and Family Test is a way of giving feedback about your experience of the Dementia Wellbeing Service which will help us to improve the quality of the service. You can also provide feedback direct to Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) dpt.pals(*at*)nhs.net
