St Peter's Hospice provides palliative care for patients and families in Bristol. They have an Inpatient Unit with a team of skilled nurses and consultant-led team of doctors who work together to provide specialist, intensive symptom control for patients.
Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service received a Highly Commended Award in Specialist Services in Positive Practice in Mental Health awards that took place at Anfield, Liverpool on 11th October. This is a fantastic national recognition of the hard-work and dedication across the service, putting people affected with dementia at the heart of their care.
